CHRISTY ROSEN CLEMENT, TAMPA REALTOR®
Christy a lifelong resident of South Tampa. She graduated from Plant High School and got her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida before moving to Colorado to get her master’s degree at the University of Denver.
But after a couple of Denver winters, Christy and husband David decided they’d rather live in Tampa and vacation in Colorado than the other way around.
Many Tampa families know Christy from her previous role as GM at The Prep of South Tampa, where she managed daily operation of the 2,000-member community center. She earned her real estate license during her time at The Prep, and the rest is history.
Real estate was a natural fit for Christy. She’s well-connected—and with two kids in school, she’s actively involved! You’ll often find her volunteering for the IB program at Robinson or hanging out by the pool while David sails.
Christy is a keen negotiator who draws on her deep roots in the community to make things happen. She is an approachable professional who listens closely, communicates thoroughly and acts quickly.
